我县去年随着工农业生产大跃进普及了小学教育,民办小学发展了三百多所,教师队伍也空前扩大,这些教师干劲很大,积极性很高,但文化程度较差,缺乏实际工作经验,在教学中有很多困难。为了迎接今年更大更好更全面的跃进,使教育事业适应形势发展的需要,民办小学的巩固和提高,则是当前急需解决的重要问题之一。最近,我们利用寒假时间,集中民办小学的教师三百多人,训练了一个星期,在通过总结去年工作,肯定成绩,明确今年的新任务中,较深入地学习了党的教育方针,接着学习了有关业务,通过学习,教师政治思想和业务知识都有了一定的提高,为继续鼓足干劲,进一步巩固和提高民办小学打下了良好的基础。原来很多教师认为教书只是教小孩
