一、技术简介:目前使用的一次性聚合物材料如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯等,在自然界中很难降解,已造成了严重的白色污染。可生物降解的聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)的熔点为113℃,性能介于聚乙烯、聚丙烯之间。目前高分子量PBS的制备主要采用直接缩聚法,需要很高的真空度(26.66Pa以下),在工业化中存在较大困难,对设备要求高。本技术建立了一种缩聚-扩链法,先以丁二酸与丁二醇进行熔融缩聚,制备特性黏度在0.5以下的PBS预聚体,再经扩链,获得特性黏度在0.7~1.0dL/g之间的PBS。这种方法原料配比较易控制,所需设备较为简单,不需要太高的真空度,便于工业化推广。

The technology establishes a polycondensation-chain extension method, firstly carrying out melt polycondensation with succinic acid and butanediol to prepare a PBS prepolymer with an intrinsic viscosity of 0.5 or less, and then obtaining an intrinsic viscosity of 0.7-1.0 dL / g between the PBS. This method is easier to control raw material ratio, the required equipment is relatively simple, do not need too high vacuum, easy to promote industrialization.
