目的:通过对鹤壁市食源性致病菌的检验检测,建立科学的检测检验数据,规范检验程序。方法:随机抽取具有代表性的六类食品,按照2008年国家标准进行检验。结果:939份样品中检出相关的食源性致病菌,其中沙门55例,O157大肠6例,副溶血性弧菌20例,单增李斯特22例。其检出率分别是沙门菌5.8%,O157大肠菌检出率1.4%,副溶血性弧菌检出率5.7%,单增李斯特菌检出率1.2%。结论:食源性致病菌广泛存在于食品中,加强食品卫生的监督管理,以确保食品安全,预防食源性疾病的发生。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a scientific test and inspection data and standardize the test procedure by testing and detecting food-borne pathogens in Hebi City. Methods: Six representative food samples were randomly selected and tested according to the 2008 national standard. Results: The food-borne pathogenic bacteria were detected in 939 samples, of which 55 were Salmonella, 6 were O157, 20 were Vibrio parahaemolyticus and 22 were Liszt. The detection rates were Salmonella 5.8%, O157 coliform bacteria 1.4%, Vibrio parahaemolyticus 5.7% and Listeria monocytogenes 1.2% respectively. Conclusion: Food-borne pathogens widely exist in food and strengthen the supervision and management of food hygiene to ensure food safety and prevent the occurrence of food-borne diseases.
