草地螟(Loxostege sticticalis Linnaeus)又称黄绿条螟、甜菜网螟,属螟蛾科,为突发性多食迁飞害虫。在新疆和田地区,于2003年在皮山县局部山区草场首次发现草地螟幼虫为害后,2006年在山区草场局部严重发生,2007～2009年,植保技术人员与地区草原技术人员联合对昆仑山区草场草地螟发生为害情况、地理分布及发生规律进行了调查,初步掌握了本地区高海拔昆仑山区草地螟的发生规律及为害特点,为草地螟的防治提供了技术依据。
