通过室内试验,对新型温拌剂WaR在不同掺量下AC-16再生沥青混合料的拌和成型温度、空隙率、高、低温及水稳定性能进行了验证,分析了WaR温拌剂在再生沥青混合料中的作用机理。发现掺加WaR后,再生沥青混合料的拌和成型温度降低30℃~50℃,随着WaR掺量的增加,再生沥青混合料空隙率降低、动稳定度、破坏应变、残留稳定度、残留强度比升高。试验结果表明,添加WaR的再生沥青混合料拌和成型温度降低、综合路用性能明显改善,添加温拌剂是提高回收沥青路面材料掺配比例的重要技术途径。
