1992年10月14日,联合国第47届大会通过决议,确定每年12月3日为“国际残疾人日”。这标志着残疾人事业是全世界共同的人道主义事业,是人类进步和正义的事业。在2006年12月3日即将到来之际,《中国特殊教育》杂志社全体同仁与全世界残疾人朋友一起迎来了第十五个“国际残疾人日”
On October 14, 1992, the 47th UN General Assembly passed a resolution establishing December 3 each year as the “International Day of Persons with Disabilities.” This marks that the cause of disabled people is the common humanitarian cause in the world and the cause of human progress and justice. On December 3, 2006 approaching, “China Special Education” magazine colleagues and my friends with disabilities around the world ushered in the fifteenth “International Paralympic Day”
