Delay differential equations were originally introduced as a phenomenological model of physiological diseases,physics,chemical technology,population dynamics,optimal control,circuit analysis,simulation of mechanical systems,biotechnology,economics and vibrating masses attached to an elastic bar.[1-4] The delayed Burgers Eq.(DBE) is very important in materials science and modeling.
