以某型高功率密度(HPD)柴油机基础样机为研究对象,应用CFD仿真方法研究该样机本体内冷却水的流动与传热过程,得到该样机冷却水流动与传热的阻力参数和热力学参数,为下一步结合水泵、水散热器等进行冷却系统的优化匹配提供参考依据。
Based on the prototype of a high power density (HPD) diesel engine, CFD simulation is used to study the flow and heat transfer of the cooling water in the prototype. The resistance and thermodynamic parameters of the prototype cooling and water transfer are obtained. For the next step combined with pumps, water radiators and other cooling system to provide a reference for optimal matching.
