企业是市场活动的主体,实现国有大中型企业的公司化改造,对于市场经济体制的改革具有关键的作用。公司制改造将遇到解决产权界定评估难,解决债务负担难,解决社会保障难,解决企业办社会难等问题。改革的关键在于改变企业产权构造,把传统的一元化国有企业改造为投资主体多元化的公司。新的公司必须按照《公司法》和市场经济发展过程中形成的基本规范来建立。遇到的难点

Realizing the corporate transformation of large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises plays a key role in the reform of the market economy system.
