建国后我国图书馆发展战略思想的演进,既与国家的发展战略息息相关,也与广大读者的需求紧密相连。考察其具体的演进过程,不但可以了解图书馆事业在各个阶段的发展情况,而且可以了解各个阶段国家发展的大战略和读者需求的变化对图书馆的影响。这些对于构建全覆盖的社会公共文化服务体系具有重要的现实意义。
After the founding of our nation, the evolution of our library’s strategic thinking on development is closely related both to the country’s development strategy and to the needs of readers. Examining the concrete evolution of the library can not only understand the development of the library at all stages, but also understand the impact of changes in the national strategies and reader needs in different stages on the libraries. These are of great practical significance for building a social public cultural service system with full coverage.
