拜读了最高人民法院孙军工法官所著的《循环经济法治化探析》一书,心灵受到了极大的震撼。当历史步入波澜壮阔的21世纪之后,经济全球化极大地促进了经济社会发展和文明进步,并极大地改变了人类社会的生产方式和生活方式,使得人们可以尽情地享受经济发展带来的高度物质文明。但另一方面,也令越来越多的人深切地体会到自然资源供给和环境容量的有限性。
