分别比较了AB-8,D101,S-8,NKA-9,001*8,D113,201*7,D301,8种树脂对软枣猕猴桃多糖水溶液的脱蛋白效果及多糖保留效果。在静态吸附试验研究的基础上,筛选较好的树脂进行动态吸附试验研究。结果显示,在优化的静态吸附工艺条件下,NKA-9树脂脱蛋白率达87.2%,多糖保留率达75.6%。对NKA-9树脂的动态吸附性能研究表明,流速为3BV/h,树脂床径高比为1∶15,树脂处理量为30mg/mL时,NKA-9树脂脱蛋白率为88.1%,多糖保留率为78.6%。
The deproteinization effects and polysaccharide retention effects of eight resins of AB-8, D101, S-8, NKA-9, 001 * 8, D113, 201 * 7 and D301 on the jujube polysaccharide solution were compared. On the basis of static adsorption experiments, the better resins were screened for dynamic adsorption experiments. The results showed that under the optimized conditions of static adsorption, the deproteinization rate of NKA-9 resin reached 87.2% and the polysaccharide retention rate reached 75.6%. The dynamic adsorption properties of NKA-9 resin showed that the deproteinization rate of NKA-9 resin was 88.1% when the flow rate was 3BV / h, the resin bed diameter-height ratio was 1:15, and the resin treatment capacity was 30 mg / mL. The rate was 78.6%.
