江苏省煤矿设计院成立于1975年。建院以来,在上级的正确领导下,完成矿井设计24对,总设计能力近3000万t/a,选煤厂、机修厂、输变电工程、铁路专用线、仓库等其它工程设计700余项,为国家煤炭工业建设作出了应有贡献。在改革开放的大潮中,我院更新思想观念,转换经营机制,深化设计改革,自觉走向市场,全院面貌发生了一系列根本性变化,各项事业取得了新的发展。(一)党的三中全会以来,随着国家基本建设管理体制改革的不断深入,加快了设计单位社会化,企业化的进程,多年来一直依靠国家事业费开支的勘测设计单位面临新的挑
