根据板带钢轧制过程中的板形方程、板形锥和辊缝方程的概念，分析板形控制的工艺要求和控制思路，探讨选择板形控制方式过程中应考虑的技术问题。同时针对热轧中间坯、热轧供冷轧原料的板形指标，传统热轧条件下如何优化负荷分配等问题进行了定量分析。
According to the concept of plate form equation, plate form taper and roll gap equation during strip rolling, the technical requirements and control ideas of plate form control are analyzed, and the technical problems to be considered in the selection of plate form control method are discussed. At the same time, the problems such as the hot-rolled middle billet, the hot-rolled cold-rolled sheet shape index and how to optimize the load distribution under the traditional hot rolling conditions were quantitatively analyzed.
