混凝土在凝固过程中产生收缩,因此连续混凝土板、梁的设计长度受到限制,以免因收缩而产生裂缝。一般建筑物混凝土连续浇注的长度不超过40m,在结构长度超过时要设置伸缩缝,但伸缩缝的设置又引起建筑结构使用的不便和渗漏。目前一些现代化厂房的设计采用后浇带的办法来解决。我们对弹性环氧补强固结灌浆材料应用于后浇带进行了研究。
Concrete shrinks during the solidification process, so the design length of continuous concrete slabs and beams is limited to avoid cracks due to shrinkage. Generally, the length of continuous casting of concrete in buildings shall not exceed 40m. Expansion joints shall be provided when the length of the structure exceeds. However, the installation of expansion joints causes inconvenience and leakage of the building structure. At present, the design of some modern plants adopts a post-cast belt approach. We studied the use of elastic epoxy-reinforced consolidation grouting material in post-pouring belts.
