开发长江口是上海经济区的重要任务之一,整治北支是开发长江口的一个组成部分。有关部门就整治北支提出了封堵北支上口或在北支红阳港附近建造节制闸的整治方案,以中止或减少南、北支水量及泥沙的交换,改善南支河段的航运条件。本文以明渠一维不稳定流计算为手段,通过对各种组合方案的计算与分析。预测了封堵北支或在北支中建闸后对南支河段及青龙港潮位的影响。文中所述问题对制定吴淞口的防洪标准亦有一定的参考价值。
The development of the Yangtze Estuary is one of the important tasks of the Shanghai Economic Zone. The rectification of the North Branch is an integral part of developing the Yangtze Estuary.
