目的 :探讨膀胱非移行细胞肿瘤的诊断治疗方法。方法 :对收治的 2 3例膀胱非移行细胞肿瘤的诊断与治疗进行分析。结果 :2 3例膀胱非移行细胞肿瘤占同期膀胱肿瘤的5 .5 % ,其中良性肿瘤 8例 ,恶性肿瘤 1 5例 ,治疗以膀胱全切除及部分切除为主。结论 :膀胱非移行细胞肿瘤的预后与早期诊断、合理治疗有关。
Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of non-metastatic bladder tumor. Methods: The diagnosis and treatment of 23 cases of bladder non-transitional cell carcinoma were analyzed. Results: Twenty-three cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma accounted for 5.5% of the same period of the bladder tumor, including 8 cases of benign tumors and 15 cases of malignant tumors. The treatment of total bladder resection and partial resection was the main treatment. Conclusion: The prognosis of bladder non-transitional cell carcinoma is related to early diagnosis and reasonable treatment.
