2010年以来,自治区发展和改革委员会积极探索并试行机关处级领导干部选拔考察“四维一体”的考察评价方法,量化德、能、勤、绩、廉等评价要素,实现了干部考察评价从定性向定量、从模糊到较准确的评价转变,丰富了干部考察形式,增强了考察工作的客观性、准确性,提高了选人用人质量。“四维”是指从四个层面对考察对象进行量化评价。一是由委分管领导对考察对象量化打分;二是由各处室主要负责人对
