用世代雄250(Sustanon 250)治疗30例老年男性冠心病患者.结果,心绞痛缓解总有效率达76.7%,心电图改善总有效率66.7%,动态心电图(Holter)示总有效率达73.3%.血清总胆固醇(TC)及甘油三酯(TG)水平均显著下降(P均<0.001).血清睾酮(T)水平明显上升(P<0.001),雌二醇(F_2)水平无明显升高(P>0.05),E_2/T 比值下降(P<0.05).未见明显副作用.与口服睾酮制剂Andriol 相比,疗效无明显差异(P>0.05).
30 elderly men with coronary heart disease were treated with Sustanon 250. The results showed that the total effective rate of angina pectoris was 76.7%, the total effective rate of electrocardiogram was 66.7% and Holter was 73.3% Total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) were significantly decreased (P <0.001), serum testosterone (T) level was significantly increased (P <0.001), estradiol (F 2) > 0.05), while the ratio of E_2 / T decreased (P <0.05) .There was no obvious side effect.Compared with oral administration of Andriol, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05).
