近期,卫生部制定公布《食品安全国家标准“十二五”规划》,该《规划》是指导中国未来五年食品安全国家标准工作的纲领性文件。《规划》制定的背景食品安全标准是维护公众身体健康、保障食品安全的重要措施,是实现食品安全科学管理、强化各环节监管的重要基础。受食品产业发展水平、风险评估能力等因素制约,现行食品安全标准还存在一些突出问题,标准间存在矛盾、交叉、重复,个别重要标准或重要指标缺失,部分标准科学性和合理性有待提高,标准宣传贯彻执行
