血小板增多症(Thrombocytosis)国内报道不多,自1959年孟氏复习文献报道2例(其中1例为继发性)以后,国内文献先后共报道10余例。本文报告1例原发性出血性血小板增多症,并用高三尖杉酯碱治疗获得缓解。病例报告张××,女性,18岁,因反复鼻衄伴发作性腰痛10余年,加重2年于1982年6月28日就诊。患者自1971年起,经常不明原因鼻衄,但间隔时间较长,出血量少。近二年加重,鼻出血频繁,每月1—2次至4—5次不等,出血量增多,有时达300——100毫升,无齿龈、皮
Thrombocytosis is rarely reported in the domestic literature. Since the two cases were reported in the review of the monograph in 1959, one case was secondary, more than 10 cases were reported in the domestic literature. This article reports 1 case of primary hemorrhagic thrombocythemia and was treated with homoharringtonine. Case report Zhang × ×, female, 18 years old, due to repeated epistaxis with recurrent lower back pain more than 10 years, increased 2 years in June 28, 1982 treatment.
