1990年10月24—31日林业部科委与中国林学会在扬州市召开了苏北沿海滩涂及里下河浅水沼泽地水陆复合生态经济开发研讨会。出席会议的有林业部及水利部的有关领导、中国科学院、中国社科院、北京农大、华南农大、贵州农学院、南京林大、中国农业博物馆等有关专家、教授20余人。与会代表从江都出发,考察了高邮、兴化、东台、大丰等县、市滩涂的开发利用和里下河地区发展农林人工复合生态经济的概况,对农村、林场的滩涂资源及复合经营进行调查了解。目前已出现农林复合、农林渔复合、农林副复合、农林牧副渔复合等多种经营模式,并取得了较好的生态效益、经济效益和社会效益。实践证明,这种立体开发的复合模式能够充
