皮层第二体感区(SⅡ区)参与痛觉调制的研究,越来越受到关注。业已证实SⅡ区对中央中核(CM)、束旁核(Pf)中央外侧核(CL),中脑导水管周围灰质(PAG)等核团痛相关单位的伤害性反应,对针刺穴位的镇痛效应均有调制作用。尾核位于皮层之下,其异觉,异域会聚功能以及在痛觉调制中的作用,目前倍受重视。然而SⅡ区对尾核头部痛相关单位有无下行性的调制作用,迄今未见报导。因此,本实验的目的,主要是电刺激SⅡ区以及用利多卡因局部改变SⅡ区机能状态后,探讨SⅡ区是否对尾核头部痛相关单位的伤害性反应有下行性调制作用。
The second somatosensory cortex (S Ⅱ region) involved in the study of pain modulation, more and more attention. It has been demonstrated that the SII region has nociceptive responses to pain associated with nuclei such as central medulla (CM), paravertebral nucleus (P), and midbrain periaqueductal gray (PAG) Pain effects have modulation effect. The caudate nucleus is located under the cortex, and its anaphylaxis, heterotopic convergence and its role in pain modulation are currently receiving much attention. However, there is no report on the SII region modulation to the relevant units of caudate nucleus headache. Therefore, the purpose of this experiment is mainly to stimulate the S Ⅱ region and local changes of functional status of S Ⅱ with lidocaine, to explore whether S Ⅱ region has a downward regulation on the nociceptive response of caudate nucleus headache related units.
