根据《国务院关于取消第二批行政审批项目和改变一批行政审批项目管理方式的决定》(国发[2003]5号),我部决定从即日起取消《消毒管理办法》(中华人民共和国卫生部令第27号)规定的对卫生用品的备案管理,卫生用品在投放市场前不再需要向卫生行政部门申请备案。今后,各级卫生行政部门要依据《消毒管理办法》加强对卫生用品的市场监管,并做好对卫生用品生产企业的卫生许可和监管工作。
Pursuant to the “Decision of the State Council on Canceling the Second Batch of Administrative Examination and Approval Items and Changing the Management of a Batch of Administrative Examination and Approval Projects” (Guo Fa [2003] No. 5), the ministry decided to abolish the “Measures for Disinfection Management” (中華人民共和國 卫生Ministry of ordinances No. 27) provides for the record of the management of health supplies, hygiene products before the market no longer need to apply for the record to the health administrative department. In the future, the health administrative departments at all levels should strengthen the market supervision of sanitary products according to the “Disinfection Management Measures” and do a good job in sanitation clearance and supervision of manufacturers of sanitary products.
