本文研究了浙江省30多年来二棱大麦品种更替过程中的籽粒性状。结果表明,各个时期品种的灌装速度的基本趋势均一致,即慢一快一慢,且均在抽穗后21-28天内,麦粒增重最多,灌浆速度最快。从抽穗到最大粒重的天数,除近期品种在高肥条件下为42天外,其余均为35天。不同时期品种间籽粒灌浆过程中蛋白质消长趋势均一致,即低一高一低一高,且籽粒最终蛋白质含量相似、在品种更替中,粒长、粒宽、粒长/粒厚、粒长/粒宽有一定规律性,粒厚、籽粒饱满度无一定趋势。
In this paper, the grain traits of two-rowed barley varieties in Zhejiang province during the past 30 years were studied. The results showed that the basic trend of the filling speed of the cultivars in different periods were the same, that is, slow-fast and slow-slow, and within 21-28 days after heading, the grains had the highest weight gain and the fastest filling rate. The number of days from heading to maximum grain weight was 35 days except for the recent varieties which were 42 days under high fertilizer conditions. During the grain filling process, the trend of protein disappearance was the same among different varieties, that is, low, high, low, high and the final protein content was similar. In variety alternation, grain length, grain width, grain length / grain thickness, grain length / Grain width has a certain regularity, grain thickness, grain fullness without a certain trend.
