能源短缺和环境污染等社会问题驱动了电力工业中的传统电网向智能电网转型,智能电网的发展不仅需要提升硬件水平,更需要关注用户满意度。文章以提高用户让渡价值为核心目标,分别从供电质量和服务水平、人员培训和公司品牌宣传、智能需求侧管理和智能业务终端建设几个方面提出了智能电网下的电力营销策略。
Social problems such as energy shortages and environmental pollution have driven the transformation of traditional power grids in the power industry into smart grids. The development of smart grids requires not only improving the hardware level but also paying more attention to user satisfaction. The article puts forward the electricity marketing strategy under the smart grid from several aspects, such as improving the quality of service delivery, service level, personnel training and company branding, intelligent demand side management and intelligent business terminal construction.
