我刊根据读者反映,自本年2月号起开展“应該怎样正确地对待药房工作”的讨论后,引起了全国广大药工人员的注意。很多药房工作人员都热烈地参加了这次讨论,有些地方还举行了各种座谈会、讨论会等。感谢读者给我们写来了很多来信来稿;可惜限于我刊篇幅,只能选登了其中的一部分,但各地药工同志反映的主要情况和意见,除已发表者外,均已送请卫生部研究处理。在开展这次讨论之初,我们也了解到目前药房工作中存在着很多不合理的现象;但由于我刊对象与性质的关系,这一问题最初只是作为帮助药工人员提高思想认识而提出来的。通过后来的讨论、座谈以及听取了今年七月间召开的中国药学会第二届全国代表大会各地代表的反映,才使我们逐步明确,如果不解决客观存在的实陈问题而单纯从思想上去启发教育,
