From August 4 to August 6, 1998, the Red Cross CPC Committee School of Red River State CPC Committee held the first award ceremony of “Creativity and Competition” in Red River State Party School organized by the Education Commission of the CPC Red River State Committee, the State Organization Department and the State Council Party School. Six advanced collectives, 15 advanced workers and 11 outstanding teachers were honored.
