山东大乳山西黄岛Y形产权式度假酒店位于烈度低、风压大的地区,采用剪力墙结构体系。结构设计中存在以下问题:平面为不规则的Y形,结构抗侧与抗扭刚度不足;由于平面不规则且中部筒体楼板开设洞口,导致楼板受力较为复杂;结构设计中风荷载起控制作用。针对以上的问题,提出了三种结构方案,并通过对比分析优选了结构方案;通过采用SATWE,MIDAS/Gen和YJK三种软件对结构进行的整体分析。结果表明,所优选的结构方案具备较好的抗扭与抗侧刚度;通过采用YJK软件对楼板进行的应力分析发现,各肢结合部位楼板存在应力集中,提出了对此部位的加强措施;根据结构抗震性能化设计提出了结构的抗风性能化设计,对该结构进行Pushover分析,讨论了结构不同阶段的受力性能,并采取了相应的加强措施。

Structural design of the following problems: the plane is irregular Y-shaped structure of the anti-side and torsional stiffness is not enough; due to irregular plane and the opening of the central cylinder floor hole, resulting in more complex floor stress; structural design stroke load control . In view of the above problems, three kinds of structural schemes are proposed, and the structural schemes are optimized through comparative analysis. The overall structural analysis is carried out by using SATWE, MIDAS / Gen and YJK software. The results show that the optimized structure scheme has better torsional and lateral stiffness. By using YJK software to analyze the stress of floor slab, it is found that there is stress concentration in the floor of the joints, and some measures to strengthen this site are proposed. The seismic performance-based design of the structure proposed wind-resistant performance design of the structure. Pushover analysis of the structure was carried out, and the mechanical performance at different stages of the structure was discussed. Corresponding strengthening measures were taken.
