目的探究三维应变成像评价左心室整体和局部心肌应变的应用价值。方法将我院35例心肌梗死患者和35例正常自愿者分为探究组和对照组。其中探究组为心肌梗死患者,对照组为正常人,采用三维应变成像技术对两组自愿者的心肌运动进行分析,并比较两组的各项指标和左室射血分数(LVEF)。结果探究组的LVEF和心肌应变参数明显低于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三维应变成像能准确评价左心室整体和局部心肌的功能变化,具有较高的可靠性。
Objective To investigate the value of three-dimensional strain imaging in evaluating left ventricular global and local myocardial strain. Methods 35 cases of myocardial infarction in our hospital and 35 normal volunteers were divided into exploration group and control group. Among them, the study group was myocardial infarction and the control group was normal. The myocardial motion of two groups of volunteers was analyzed by three-dimensional strain imaging. The indexes of each group and LVEF were compared. Results The LVEF and myocardial strain parameters in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Three-dimensional strain imaging can accurately evaluate the functional changes of the whole and part of the left ventricle with high reliability.
