激光在医学上的应用,特别是用于癌症的诊断与治疗,其历史很短。所应用的激光器有Co_2激光、掺钕钇铝石榴石(Nd-YAG)激光、氪离子激光、氩激光及氩染料激光。其中因氪离子激光对组织穿透性弱,用作诊断,其余4种用于治疗。而对肺癌的治疗,虽Co_2激光波长对癌组织的烧灼力强,因不能用纤维引导故不能应用。另外氩激光的组织穿透性也较氩染料激光为劣。本文就Nd-YAG 激光与氩染料激光的治疗应用问题叙述如下。
The application of lasers in medicine, especially for the diagnosis and treatment of cancer, has a short history. The lasers used are Co 2 lasers, Nd-YAG lasers, helium ion lasers, argon lasers and argon dye lasers. Among them, helium ion lasers have poor tissue penetration and are used for diagnosis. The remaining four are used for treatment. For the treatment of lung cancer, although the Co 2 laser wavelength has a strong burning power against cancer tissues, it cannot be applied because it cannot be guided by fibers. In addition, the tissue penetration of argon laser is also inferior to argon dye laser. This article describes the therapeutic applications of Nd-YAG laser and argon dye laser as follows.
