作者介绍1976～1981年间采用冷冻手术治疗耳鼻喉科良性及恶性肿瘤43例的经验。其中包括口腔癌21例,转移癌10例,基底细胞癌5例,血管病变5例,角化过度2例。冷冻技术:以0.5%利多卡因加1∶1000肾上腺素于拟治疗的肿瘤局部浸润麻醉,以减少局部循环,提高疗效。液氮通过Frigitronic CE-2A冷冻机,使组织温度降至-50℃三分钟,重复进行,二次冷冻间自行冻融。结果:21例口腔癌(口底、舌、牙龈、颊粘膜、扁桃体)冷冻治疗后,11例症状缓解,疼痛减轻,出血停止,肿物向外生长部分消除,使口腔闭合,缓和了心理学方面的影响;10例根治成
The author describes the experience of using cryosurgery to treat 43 cases of ENT and benign tumors from 1976 to 1981. These included 21 cases of oral cancer, 10 cases of metastatic cancer, 5 cases of basal cell carcinoma, 5 cases of vascular lesions, and 2 cases of hyperkeratosis. Freezing technique: localized infiltration and anesthesia of 0.5% lidocaine plus 1:1000 adrenaline to treat the tumor to reduce local circulation and improve efficacy. The liquid nitrogen was passed through a Frigitronic CE-2A freezer, and the tissue temperature was lowered to -50°C for three minutes. The procedure was repeated and the secondary freezing was performed by freezing and thawing. RESULTS: After 21 cases of oral cancer (oral floor, tongue, gums, buccal mucosa, and tonsil) were treated with cryotherapy, 11 eased the symptoms, relieved the pain, stopped the bleeding, partially eliminated the tumor growth, closed the mouth, and eased the psychology.
