修理柴油机曲轴时,常常在曲轴功率输出端花键上发现裂纹或超过免修尺寸的磨损,造成大量曲轴报废。这就提出一个问题,可否采用焊接工艺修复上述缺陷,使废品复活。为解决这一问题,在分析曲轴用钢的主要技术性能和曲轴制造、大修技术条件的基础上,研制了优质合金钢焊条,进行了焊接工艺试验,拟订了曲轴补焊工艺。补焊的曲轴,经长期生产实践考核,质量良好,使大批曲轴免于报废。到目前为止,我厂已焊接修复了1000多根曲轴,按每根曲轴节约2000元计算,工厂已得到200
