在党中央关于经济、科技、教育体制改革决定的推动下,由南京林业大学主办的《林业科技开发》创刊号与读者见面了。《林业科技开发》是一份技术性、开发性、信息性,实用性兼备的科技杂志。它的诞生,是加强我国林业建设、促进科技进步的必然产物,是开发先进的适用技术、支援工农业和乡镇企业的一项重要措施,也是各地林业生产、科研部门之间发展横向联系的迫切要求。因此,它的诞生,就自然带有时代的、改革的强烈色彩。
