吸附作用是聚羧酸减水剂与水泥颗粒发生相互作用的基础,对水泥颗粒固液界面性质、水泥浆体流变性以及水泥水化反应等产生一系列重要的影响。本文综述了近年来国内外聚羧酸减水剂吸附理论研究进展,分析了聚羧酸减水剂吸附量测试方法及存在的问题,并探讨了聚羧酸减水剂吸附对水泥水化及产物晶体形貌的影响,以期为研究聚羧酸减水剂与水泥矿物的相互作用及聚羧酸减水剂的应用提供理论指导。
Adsorption is the basis of the interaction between polycarboxylate superplasticizer and cement particles. It has a series of important effects on the properties of cement particle solid-liquid interface, rheology of cement paste and cement hydration reaction. In this paper, the progress of adsorption theory of polycarboxylate superplasticizer at home and abroad in recent years is summarized. The method of testing the adsorption amount of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and the existing problems are also discussed. The effects of adsorption of polycarboxylate superplasticizer on hydration of cement and The crystal morphology of the product, in order to provide theoretical guidance for the study of the interaction between polycarboxylate superplasticizer and cement minerals and the application of polycarboxylate superplasticizer.
