环己二胺硫酸铂(sulfoto-1,2-diaminocyclohexaneplatinum)是继我院合成抗肿瘤药顺二氯二氨铂(顺氯氨铂)后的又一铂鳘合物。我们以铂为原料,合成了氯铂酸钾和氯亚铂酸钾,用氯亚铂酸钾和环己二胺(试剂)反应得到环己二胺二氯铂,继而与等当量硫酸银在水相中室温下暗处搅拌反应12小时,生成环己二胺硫酸铂,用大量丙酮沉出粉末状结晶(收率73%),经初步鉴定为顺式-[(反式-环己二胺)硫酸铂](下简称SHP)。本品为浅黄色结晶性粉末,易溶
