根据ZY6000/25/50型两柱掩护式液压支架运行工况,对其进行有限元分析和动力学仿真分析,获得其应力分布和力-时间载荷历程。把静态应力与力-时间载荷历程相结合,计算出顶梁的动态应力,利用材料的疲劳寿命S-N曲线,对液压支架顶梁进行疲劳寿命分析,获得了其疲劳寿命分布云图和有关数据,为液压支架的研制和改进提供了参考。
According to the operating condition of ZY6000 / 25/50 two-column shield type hydraulic support, finite element analysis and dynamic simulation analysis are carried out to obtain its stress distribution and force-time load history.
