Toluene diisocyanate is the most commonly used isocyanate compounds, referred to as (TDI). Its main purpose is to manufacture polyurethane resins and their foams, TDI being made and used to varying degrees with TDI. TDI is a low-toxic species that stimulates mucous membranes at higher concentrations (0.5-5 ppm) and can cause bronchitis, bronchopneumonia and even pulmonary edema. On the other hand, asthma or allergic pneumonia can be induced in a few people even at extremely low concentrations (0.0012 to 0.02 ppm). We report the following two cases of TDI-induced asthma. Case 1 Song x, female, 31 years old, a polyurethane plastic factory workers. The patient started to have direct contact with a small amount of TDI in 1980, initially feeling suffocated but not relieved and disappeared after contact. July 1982, TDI lid off, the patient smelled strong TDI smell immediately cough
