令太原市府各专、县、工矿区、镇(运城)人民政府为进一步发挥广大农民生产热忱,开展爱国主义的丰产竞赛运动。以期迅速发展农业生产繁荣农村经济。兹根据中央人民政府政务院农林生产决定中的十大政策精神及我省实际情况,特制定农业生产奖励办法,希遵照执行。至一九五○年颁发之农业生产奖励办法自本办法公布后即行作废。此令。
