本文用热分析法研究了CaO用量α(CaO与金精矿的重量比)为0.33~1.33范围内加石灰焙烧金精矿的焙烧过程。研究发现,当α=1.0时,砷、硫固定率可达88%,该法可有效地消除砷和硫对环境的污染。对含高砷、高硫的金精矿加CaO焙烧时建议采用控制气氛和温度的两段焙烧。对得到的焙砂进行氰化,金的浸出率为88%左右,而未经焙烧预处理的金精矿直接浸出率仅为25.5%。
In this paper, the calcination process of calcined gold concentrate with calcined lime calcined at a CaO dosage α (weight ratio of CaO to gold concentrate) of 0.33-1.33 was studied by means of thermal analysis. The study found that when α = 1.0, arsenic, sulfur fixation rate of up to 88%, the method can effectively eliminate the pollution of arsenic and sulfur on the environment. On the high arsenic, high sulfur gold ore plus CaO roasting proposed control of the atmosphere and temperature of the two roasting. The obtained calcine was cyanidated, the leaching rate of gold was about 88%, while the direct leaching rate of gold concentrate without pretreatment was only 25.5%.
