目的分析在癌痛患者护理中心理护理的应用价值。方法将我院2014年9月至2015年9月收治的癌痛患者62例根据不同护理方法分为两组,对照组行常规护理,研究组则加强对患者的心理护理,分析两组护理效果。结果护理后,研究组VAS评分下降程度、护理满意度等,均优于对照组,比较有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论在癌痛患者护理中开展心理护理,能够有效缓解患者的疼痛程度,改善护患关系,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the value of psychological nursing in nursing of patients with cancer pain. Methods Sixty-two patients with cancer pain who were treated in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2015 were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods. The control group received routine nursing. The research group strengthened the psychological nursing of the patients and analyzed the nursing effects of the two groups . Results After nursing, the decrease of VAS score and nursing satisfaction of the study group were better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing care in patients with cancer pain, can effectively alleviate the patient’s pain, improve the relationship between nurses and patients, with high clinical value.
