目的 为了解内皮素( E T) 是否与高血压病( E H) 及其靶器官受损有联系。方法 分析了54例不同分期 E H 和27 例对照血浆 E T。结果 E H 组血浆 E T 水平较对照组增高,差异显著( P< 0 .01) 。而在 E H 各分期组中,Ⅰ期(28 例) 与对照组血浆 E T 水平相近,差异不显著( P> 0 .05) ;Ⅱ期(11 例) 和Ⅲ期(15例) 分别较对照组和Ⅰ期患者明显增高,差异非常显著( P< 0 .01) 。15 例超声心动图诊断左室肥厚者和11例心电图、 X 线诊断心脏肥厚、扩大者与无肥厚扩大者比较,血浆 E T 差异显著( P< 0 .01) 。7 例心功能不全和5 例肾损害者分别与心、肾功能正常者比较血浆 E T 水平明显升高,差异显著( P< 0 .01 , P< 0 .05) 。血压增高的程度、病程、年龄均与 E T 浓度不相关。结论 血浆 E T 增高与 E H 靶器官损害、功能障碍有联系。
Objective To understand whether endothelin (ET) is associated with hypertension and its target organ damage. Methods 54 cases of different stages of E H and 27 cases of control plasma E T. Results The level of plasma E T in EH group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.01). However, the levels of plasma E T in stage Ⅰ (28 cases) and control group were similar (P> 0.05), but in stage Ⅱ (11 cases) and stage Ⅲ (15 cases), respectively The control group and stage Ⅰ patients were significantly higher, the difference was significant (P <0 .01). Echocardiography diagnosed left ventricular hypertrophy in 15 patients and 11 cases of electrocardiogram, X-ray diagnosis of cardiac hypertrophy, enlargement and no enlargement compared with plasma E T significant difference (P <0.01). Seven patients with cardiac insufficiency and 5 patients with renal impairment were significantly higher than those with normal heart and kidney function, the plasma E T levels were significantly increased (P <0.01, P <0.05). The degree of hypertension, course of disease, age and E T concentration are not related. Conclusions The increase of plasma E T is related to the target organ damage and dysfunction of EH.
