领导干部的作风关系着党的凝聚力和号召力,是党的执政能力的重要体现。胡总书记提出大力倡导八个方面的良好风气,简明易懂,具有很强的针对性。现实的问题是,有的同志说起来头头是道,十分明白,行动中左顾右盼,步履维艰。这说明,实现领导干部作风的进一步转变是很高的要求、艰巨的任务。认真学习领会、带头躬行实践八个方面的良好风气,必须有底气、静气、勇气。
