改革开放30年来,促进科技与经济结合是始终贯穿科技工作的主线。很长时间以来,我们一直强调要解决科技经济“两张皮”问题。近两年,科技经济如何更好结合,又受到各界高度关注。作为一个常谈常新的问题,对科技与经济结合问题的认识也在不断深化之中。需要注意的是,随着改革的不断深化,经济和科技发展水平不断提升,问题形式和内容发生了很大变化,大家的关注点发生了很大变化。党的十六大以来的十年,是我国科技发展极不平凡的十年,是我国科技创新实现跨越式发展的十年。
In the 30 years since the reform and opening up, the promotion of science and technology and economy has always been the main thread of science and technology work. For a long time, we have always stressed that we must solve the issue of “two skins” of science and technology. In the past two years, how the science and technology economy has been better integrated has also drawn great attention from all walks of life. As a new and common issue, understanding of the issue of the integration of science and technology and economy is also deepening. It should be noted that with the continuous deepening of reforms, the continuous improvement in the economic and technological development, great changes in the form and content of the problems, great changes have taken place in our attention. Ten years since the party’s 16th National Congress is the extraordinary decade for the development of science and technology in our country and is also the decade in which our country’s scientific and technological innovations have achieved leaps and bounds.
