<正> 胸痹心痛病是正气内虚,外邪(主指六淫)入侵,或是饮食不节,情绪过激,劳逸失度等病因导致心脉痹阻不畅,心脏阴阳气血失调,以膻中或胸部憋闷、疼痛为主要临床表现的疾病。相当于西医的冠心病心绞痛、心肌梗死等。笔者经数年的临床实践,在胸痹心痛的辨证治疗中总结了一些经验,现系统介绍如下。
