目的:观察天麻钩藤饮联合西药对老年高血压患者及血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和肾功能的影响。方法:128例原发性高血压患者根据随机分组法分为中西医组(n=64)与西医组(n=64)。西医组采用常规西医治疗,中西医组在常规西医治疗基础上服用中药汤剂,两组疗程均为12周。对比分析两组疗效、治疗前后舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)水平,及药物副反应情况。结果:中西医组总有效率(92.19%)高于西医组(71.87%)(P<0.05);DBP和SBP水平方面两组治疗前对比无统计学差异(P>0.05),两组治疗后低于治疗前(P<0.05),中西医组治疗后低于西医组(P<0.05);血清CRP和TNF-α水平方面两组治疗前对比无统计学差异(P>0.05),两组治疗后低于治疗前(P<0.05),中西医组治疗后低于西医组(P<0.05);Scr和BUN水平方面两组治疗前对比无统计学差异(P>0.05),两组治疗后低于治疗前(P<0.05),中西医组治疗后低于西医组(P<0.05);两组均未见明显药物副反应。结论:天麻钩藤饮联合西药治疗老年高血压患者疗效明显,可改善肾功能,降低血清CRP和TNF-α水平,改善微炎症状态,且安全可靠。
Objective: To observe the effects of Tianma Gouteng Decoction combined with western medicine on elderly patients with hypertension and serum C-reactive protein (CRP), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and renal function. After treatment, the Chinese and Western medicine groups were lower than the Western medicine group (P <0.05). No obvious side effects were observed in the two groups. Conclusion: Tianma Gouteng Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension obvious effect, can improve renal function, reduce serum levels of CRP and TNF-α, improve the status of micro-inflammation, and safe and reliable.
