目的对疏叶卷柏(Selaginella remotifolia Spring)进行植物化学研究。方法应用聚酰胺、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱以及半制备型HPLC等现代色谱技术对疏叶卷柏植物的化学成分进行分离纯化,应用质谱和核磁共振技术并结合理化性质对分离得到的14个化合物的结构进行鉴定。结果 14个化合物的结构分别为:罗伯斯塔黄酮(1),4’-甲氧基罗伯斯塔黄酮(2),(2″S)-2″,3″-二氢-4’-甲氧基-罗伯斯塔黄酮(3),(2S,2″S)-四氢罗伯斯塔黄酮(4),穗花杉黄酮(5),7,4’-二甲氧基-穗花杉黄酮(6),4’,7″-二甲氧基-穗花杉黄酮(7),(2″S)-2″,3″-二氢穗花杉黄酮(8),(2″S)-2″,3″-二氢-4’-甲氧基-穗花杉黄酮(9),(2S)-2,3-二氢穗花杉黄酮(10),(2S)-2,3-二氢-4’-甲氧基-穗花杉黄酮(11),(2S)-2,3-二氢-4-甲氧基-穗花杉黄酮(12),chamaeflavone A(13)和8-8″-二聚山柰酚(14)。结论所有化合物都是首次从该植物中分离得到。其中化合物13,14是首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the phytochemistry of Selaginella remotifolia Spring. Methods The chemical constituents of Syrmaticus scabra were isolated and purified by modern chromatographic techniques such as polyamide, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC. The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by mass spectrometry and 1H-NMR and physical and chemical properties of 14 isolated compounds The structure of the identification. Results The structures of the 14 compounds were: Robusta Flavone (1), 4’-Methoxy Robusta Flavone (2), (2 “S) -2”, 3 “-dihydro- - methoxy-Robusta Flavone (3), (2S, 2 ”S) -tetrahydrofolate flavonoids (4), Fraxinus flavus (5), 7,4’-dimethoxy- (8), (2 “S) -2”, 3 “-dihydrocannabinol (7) -dimethoxy- (2S) -2,3-dihydrocannabinone (10), (2S) -2,3-dihydro-4’-methoxy- (12), chamaeflavone A (13), and 8- (4-methoxy-decanter) 8 ”- dimerized kaempferol (14). Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Among them, compounds 13 and 14 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
