目前地面设备普遍采用游梁式抽油机。井下设备接触的地层液体中含有砂、蜡、气、水及腐蚀物质,又在数百米到上千米的井下工作。工作环境复杂,条件恶劣。容易出现各种故障。如何利用技术方法来对井下故障进行判别,同时在井下故障分析与判断过程中,还要同地面现象分析相结合,只有这样才能保证井下故障的诊断准确率,和及时率。
The current ground equipment commonly used beam pumping unit. Downhole equipment contacts the formation of liquid containing sand, wax, gas, water and corrosive substances, but also in the hundreds of meters to thousands of kilometers downhole work. Work environment is complex, harsh conditions. Prone to various faults. How to make use of technical methods to judge underground faults, meanwhile, in the process of underground fault analysis and judgment, it is also combined with the analysis of surface phenomena, so as to ensure the accuracy and timely rate of underground fault diagnosis.
