目的:评价Er.YAG激光技术应用于龋病的治疗效果。方法:选择来我院口腔内科因龋病就诊的患者30例,46个牙齿,将Er.YAG激光机(DEKA Smatr 2940D)调到适宜参数,对患牙实施去腐、备洞,观察术后的反应。结果:Er.YAG激光能够完全去除前牙和后牙的龋损组织及正常釉质和牙本质。术中30例患者中有21例反应无疼痛感觉,9例患者反映在治疗过程中有酸痛的感觉,无一例患者反映中度或重度疼痛。结论:Er.YAG激光能有效去除龋损组织,在治疗过程中基本是无痛的,无须注射麻药。
Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Er.YAG laser technique on dental caries. Methods: Thirty patients with 46 teeth who received dental caries examination in our hospital were selected, and the parameters of DEK Smatr 2940D were adjusted to appropriate parameters. Reaction. Results: The Er.YAG laser can completely remove the carious lesions of the anterior teeth and posterior teeth and normal enamel and dentin. Twenty-one of the 30 patients underwent no pain sensations in the course of the procedure, nine felt painful during the course of treatment, and none of them showed moderate or severe pain. Conclusion: Er.YAG laser can effectively remove carious lesions and is basically painless during the treatment without injection of anesthetic.
