目的为评价2013年新乡市辖区布病血清学检测水平,提高新乡市辖区疾病预防控中心布病血清学检验工作的质量,保证检验数据的可靠性和准确性,为新乡市布病监测提供科学可靠的依据。方法对辖区12个县(市、区)疾病预防控制中心布病血清学检验进行质量控制。结果虎红平板凝集试验正确率100.00%,试管凝集试验中阳性血清低滴度和高滴度合格率分别为83.33%和91.67%。结论各实验室布病血清抗体检测准确性有待提高,两种检测技术水平稳定。
Objective To evaluate the level of serodiagnosis of brucellosis in Xinxiang municipality in 2013 and improve the quality of brucellosis serological test in CDC of Xinxiang Municipality so as to ensure the reliability and accuracy of test data and provide scientific Reliable basis. Methods The quality control of brucellosis serology was conducted in the CDC of 12 prefectures (cities and districts). The results of the tiger red plate agglutination test the correct rate of 100.00%, tube agglutination test positive serum low titer and high titer pass rates were 83.33% and 91.67%. Conclusion The accuracy of serum antibody test for brucellosis in various laboratories needs to be improved, and the two detection techniques are stable.
